| The recyclable environmental single ply flat roofing
system that is durable, flexible, reliable and easy to work with. Esha
Universal is tougher than PVC and it’s 100% recyclable too. Installation
is also kind to the environment with self-adhesive, cold adhesive and safe
flame free hot air applications. |

EshaScan |
| A unique environmental and cost saving breakthrough. EshaScan
proves scientifically if it is possible to retain any insulation within
the failed system for incorporation in a new long-term roof solution.
Avoiding unnecessary disposal and repurchase of replacement insulation
offers potential for enormous savings although the costs are minimal.

| Utilising the
latest infrared thermography techniques, EshaScan is a fast and accurate
way to identify thermal anomalies usually an indication of subsurface
moisture beneath the roof membrane, which has
penetrated the insulation, leading to excessive energy consumption and
shortened life cycle of the roof. |

the extent of the moisture detected, it may be possible to carry out
localised reinstatement |

- EshaTherm TK60 – A ‘total solution’
roofing system. Partially bonded (50%) Thermo adhesive one layer system
for use on new build and refurbishment applications.
- EshaFlex WS – A high performance root
barrier system for use in roof gardens. German FLL approval.
- Esha KSK 35A – A self-adhesive vapour
barrier which can be used on all substrates and with torch-off surface
for bedding insulation .
- Esha KSK 40A – A fire resistant base
layer. A self - adhesive system that can be easily used in multi-layer
SBS or APP systems where flammable protection is required.
- EshaTherm TK 40 – A 50% partially bonded
thermo- adhesive membrane designed as a first layer in a multi-layer SBS
or APP system.
- Esha KSK 65 – A self-adhesive flame free
top layer that can be installed without open flame thus considerably
reducing fire risk.
- EshaRapid – A quick and attractive
thermo-adhesive top layer membrane with an attractive ceramic finish. As
the name implies Rapid installs 40% faster than conventional systems.
