With systems giving life to first maintenance of 5 up to 25 years these UV stable and durable membranes provide a sustainable waterproofing life cycle for all types of roofs and substrates.
Systems include fibre reinforced acrylics, water based VOC free products and moisture triggered polyurethanes for all types of application. Systems are tested to BS476: Part 3:1958 for external fire exposure and the 15, 20 and 25 year systems also carry British Board of Agrément (BBA) certification and European Technical Approval (ETA).
Scotchkote roofing provides specifiers, contractors and customers comprehensive support from initial planning to product application. A RIBA approved CPD Seminar “Design & Specification of Liquid Applied Roof Membrane Systems” is available.
