| Since 2001 Chris Thomas has helped many companies, organisations and individuals to resolve their pitched roofing related problems. Chris is an independent adviser to BS5534 The code of practice for slating and tiling, BS5250 The control of condensation in building. He has also written many practical pitched roofing related magazine articles. | ||
| For the 14 years prior to starting the Tiled Roofing Consultancy, Chris was the Technical Manager for Redland Roofing Systems, responsible for ensuring all its products and advice were of the highest standard. During that time he co-authored a book on clay vertical tiling | ||
| Over the years Chris has spoken to many thousands of professionals as part of their Continuous Professional Development programme, and has also been chairman and secretary of the southern branch of the Institute of Roofing. | ||
| Chris is involved with the Roofconsult web site and has an extensive network of experts who have specialist scientific knowledge that he can call upon if there is any aspect of a roofing related problem that is just outside his experience. | ||
